Lucknowi Chicken Dry

Chicken 250 grams
Ginger Garlic paste 2 tablespoon
Pudina (mint leaves ) paste 2 tablespoon
Coriander leaves paste 2 tablespoon
Green chillies paste 1 tablespoon
Vinegar 2 tablespoon
Masala : roast the whole Cumin, Cardamom, cinnamon and cloves in 40:20:20:20 ratio and make powder
Onion 1 onion (chopped)
Refined oil 5 tablespoon
Marinate the chicken with Salt, vinegar, ginger-garlic paste, pudina paste, green coriander paste, green chilli paste and Bhuna masala for an hour
In a karahi heat oil and fry the chopped onions till the onions turn crispy.Take out the onions and keep aside.
In the remaining oil put the marinated chicken sauté for 2-3 mintues.
Then add 1/2 cup of water. Put the lid on and cook the chicken on low flame for 15-20 mintues.
Check if the chicken has become tender. Once done, garnish with fried onions and serve with naan.

#SupahChef – Fruit cheesy shots


Supah Chef cooking contest was organised by Capricorn Productions &Solution Limited in association with cook food and sponsored by Fortun, Ambrosia Resturant Thane.

After going through few elimination rounds I managed to reach in finalealongwith really talented wonderful 40  contestant.

My semifinals round recipes is already posted which took me to finale check that here Chessy Pocket pizza paratha

Now for finale we got a theme to cook a starter with fruits along with a cocktail and a mocktail…

And I choose to cook

fruit cheesy shots


Green Apple 1(grated)

Raw banana -2-3 (Boiled and mashed properly )

chesse cubes(small pieces)


red chillie powder


garam masala

green coriander leaves

Dry mango powder

white til

oilto deep fry


Take grated apple remove excess water and mix well ingredients (remember for quantity to mix as we are going to put same in raw banana too) salt, garam masala , red chillie powder, dry mango powder and mix well and keep aside


2. Same ways add same ingredients in raw mashed banana and keep aside


3. Now apply little oil on your palm and take little amount of mixture of apple and flatten it and put little cheese cube in between and cover it properly



Now in same way cover this apple ball with banana mixture

4. In a bowl add cornflour with little water and dip this ball in that and put it in white til to cover and deep fry on low flame

and serve hot with chutney or white dip of your taste
