My recipe- loki ka pakoda with green chutni
Ingredients-:
250gm bottle gourd
200gm besan
Salt to taste
Baking soda
Ginger and garlic paste
Garam masala
Method to prepare-:
First crush the bottle gourd and mix all the ingredients in it and make a paste and round shaped pakodas and deep fry it and its ready to be served with coriander chutni.
Coriander’s chutni-:
Ingredients-:
150gm coriander leaves
1 pc tomato
20gm ginger
2pc green chillies
1pc lemon
Salt
Pinch of jerra
One table spoon bhujia
Method:
Mix up all the ingredients in the mixer grinder and finally add lemon drops in it and ready to be served.
